Inspired by historical petticoats, this incredibly beautiful decorating fabric is made with three layers, 100% silk woven top, batting, and 100% cotton backing. Quilted squares are 3/4 inches. Due to the nature of cutting yardage we cannot accept returns on any of our fabrics sold by the yard. However we do offer swatches in all of our fabrics. We recommend ordering a swatch to view the color before ordering multiple yardage. Photos cannot always capture the exact color of the fabric in person and all computer screens have different color settings.
We specialize in fine luxury fabrics mostly from Italy, Belgium, India, and the USA. Our handling times can take up to 5 business days but we ship most orders priority mail so you receive them within 1-3 days of the ship date. We ship by UPS for larger orders which can take 4 business Shipping days. International shipments are made through Ebay’s Global Shipping Program and we have no control over how much they charge you for Shipping or ship time for International Shipments. Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us, as we're involved with several organizations, such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
