Due to the nature of cutting yardage we cannot accept returns on any of our fabrics sold by the yard. However we do offer swatches in all of our fabrics. Please visit the swatch section of our store. Our handling times can take up to 5 business days but we ship most orders priority mail so you receive them within 1-3 days of the ship date. We ship by UPS for larger orders which can take 4 business Shipping days. International shipments are made through Ebay’s Global Shipping Program and we have no control over how much they charge you for Shipping or ship time for International Shipments. The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we're unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
